The Texas RRC updated its Eagle Ford Shale well map with the most recent reported data through July 3, 2012.

Since May 14 when the RRC last updated the data points on its map, the commission has issued 367 permits. That’s more than 7 permits per day over a period of 50 days.

A total of 2,400 wells had been reported producing as of July 3. That’s 314 more oil wells and 107 more gas wells than we had as of May 14. If you’re counting, that’s a pace of more than 8 wells coming online per day.

Data from the RRC is always a little delayed, so we’re likely on pace to surpass 3,000 producing wells by the end of August or early September.

We have 170 acres in Milam County. It is part of the Jose Leal Survey (Abstract 56) (Eagle Ford Shell). We want to lease our land out. We have all mineral and water rights.

Thanks and have a great day!!

      Ms. Agee,

I suggest visiting MineralRightsForum.com. You’ll find other mineral owners just like yourself there.

  2. I was wondering if you had any knowledge about Enterprise Crude Phase II pipe line from gardendale to Lyssy station . My property is in this area. Enterprise has already surveyed the ROW. I heard they abanoned the project I thought you might have some info on project

Great site you have , I have been searching for a hunting ranch with minerals( a must) that is situated to possibly benefit from the eagleford boom as it builds out. I have several contacts in the oil business an self producing the property could be possible in the future. But Im near burned out on looking. Can’t find anything reasonable unless I go off the chart so to speak. Can u refer a good broker. ? Or know where i be best situated to start searching at ? Thanks Greg
